A few steps from “Santa Croce” square, in front of the “Teatro Verdi”, in the historical centre of Florence, is the typical restaurant “La Maremma”.
Since 1987, a meeting point and source of ancient tastes and Tuscan traditions.
With its main dining room sorrounded by the warm colours of the wood and wine most and continuing into a second room with sofa and leather chairs, to get to the tiny hunter-room for just 8 lucky people, “La Maremma” host its customers with the care and the attentions that only a family business can offer.
The menu follows meticulously the seasonal foods, the trademarks are wildboar, truffles, homemade pasta and Florentine beef steak.
The wine list propose more than hundred local labels, with the various selections from all the Tuscan regions.
